Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Africa is excited to issue a Call for Applications for an Employability Skills Project scheduled to start in January 2022. The project will support graduates with visual impairment to acquire employability and soft skills that would enable them compete and fit in the ever evolving job market. The project further seeks to partner with different employers including the private sectors to build their capacity on disability inclusion and equity and offer internship and job opportunities for the youth with visual impairment.

Who are we looking for?
- Young people with visual impairment (totally blind) from the ages of 21-30 years who have completed their education and are looking for employment opportunities
- Must have post secondary education at certificate, diploma or degree level
- Youth with visual impairment, who are able to move about the city independently
- Comfortable working on a computer
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Is interested to acquire professional skills
- Is motivated and committed
- Can commit to 6 months for the program.
