Inside Burundi launches its second cohort calling graduates residing in Burundi to apply for its Introduction to journalist storytelling fellowship.
The fellowship looks forward to training young aspiring journalist on reporting skills. It is opened to youth and interested applicants residing in Bujumbura townhall.
It, however, aims at empowering fresh graduates, youth, activists keen to learn basics of storytelling to apply for its 12-week fellowship aiming at equipping them with journalism skills.
The fellowship is open to people residing in Bujumbura only. It targets unexperienced youth or those with less than a year of experience.
It will introduce you to _but not limited_ journalistic writing techniques and prepare you for the job market. You will also be introduced to Fact-checking and investigative journalism basics, along with data journalism.
The fellowship will be held both in-person and online, thus require access to a computer or smartphone and a stable internet.

For outstanding attendees, internships will be granted.
The fellowship will be conduct entirely in English. Therefore, you must be good at both written and spoken English.
