Baby Days Sign In

There are no restrictions on the number of connections you can have at any one time to Baby’s Days, so if you work alone as a childminder, you can be connected and logged in on your phone, tablet and laptop all at the same time, if you run a nursery you could have 20+ staff members and 100+ parents all connected to the system at the same time, with absolutely no system degradation.

Login with the details you have been provided. Once you have launched your chosen browser on your device, you need to enter the full URL of the childcare’s Baby’s Days system in the address bar of the browser, not the search box, once entered the system will load and you will be presented with a login screen, you must now enter the login details you were provided by the childcare setting, your username and your password, for example:

Before a parent can access your personal Baby’s Days system, you must setup their username and password and then decide which area of your system you would like to give them access to Simply tick the boxes alongside each area of the system you would like them to be able to access, this is particularity convenient if for example you do not create Daily Notes or do not complete their child’s Progress.

Once parents have been provided with their login details to the childcare setting’s Baby’s Days system, they can proceed to login to Baby’s Days on a web browser, for example Chrome or Firefox on a laptop or PC and Safari on an Apple Mac, to access their child’s data on the system. Simply enter the login details on the login screen and hit the login button (2), if your login details are correct you will be asked to setup a PIN code to login to the app in the future (3), enter a 4 digit PIN code, the app will then ask you to confirm the PIN code (4), enter the same PIN code again.
